- No minimum purchase necessary.
- 10% off regular priced items.
- $1000 minimum purchase per 12-month period.
- 15% off regular priced items.
- $2500 minimum purchase per 12-month period.
- 20% off regular priced items.
Please provide proof of at least 2 of the following:
- Valid membership to a major design organization (ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
- Business or resale license (tax ID)
- Business card indicating your design profession
- NCIDQ certificate
Design Return Policy
- Any items kept longer than 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Anything over 30 days will not be returnable.
- All returns require an original purchase receipt.
- Returns without a receipt but within 30 days will receive store credit only.
- All items taken out on approval status need to have original pricing attached.

Terms and Conditions:
- Account balance is due upon receipt of your bill.
- Tipton & Hurst house accounts are non-revolving.
- Fresh flowers and plants cannot be taken out on approval.
- Accounts must be kept current in order for the discount to apply. Failure to do so will result in the discount being added back into the balance of the account.
- Floral arrangements and plant deliveries sent as gifts are exempt from the discount policy.
